Last place I railfanned at on National Train Day was the UP Kansas Sub. I was waiting for two eastbounds (which never showed) and caught this train. UP C44AC #6823 leads two other UP C44ACs on the westbound MKSNP at Bonner Springs, KS. Nice K3LA on 6823.

NS 22G UP Stack train rolls into Norris Yard, to set out at the Ramp & head east to Austell, GA. UP Gevo leading & UP Gevo, DPU, rare to hear a k3la horn on the gevo, not a bad one though, probably sounded best at track speed. & NS 334 leaves Irondale, with a great RS3L on it, & shiny D840CW ex CR.

This was shot off of 159th St. just south of Olathe, KS. A BNSF C44-9W (with a nice K3LA) leads a BNSF ES44DC and a Santa Fe SD40-2 on the southbound H-KCKTUL. Nice to see an SD40-2 on a manifest!
